Unique Cabins for Overnights, Weekends, or Longer Stays

We offer a variety of custom cabins and RV sites for your stay.

Each cabin is designed and handcrafted to provide you with privacy and amazing views of nature.

Want to keep your horse with you rather than in the main stables?  Some cabins have their own pastures and build-in stalls so you and your horse can vacation together.

Our RV sites are pull-through sites appropriate for most any size RV or Horse Sleeper Trailer. Each site includes 50 amp electric, water, and septic.

Our "Pars" RV  sites each have a private fenced paddock for your horses or dogs.

Our "Charlotte's Web" RV sites are our wooded sites.  A bit closer to nature.  These sites do not have fenced paddocks.

Located an hour east of Atlanta we offer the ultimate in equestrian getaways.

Our 150 acres of lush rolling hay fields and miles of wilderness horse trails make for a perfect getaway for you and your horse.

The large oversized riding ring flows directly into a large pasture with a small pond so you can freely explore without going out on the open trails.

Lizardsniffer has a private lake available to all guests.

At the lake, you'll find Glowy Bobber an amenities cabin for our guests that includes a full bathroom and outdoor shower.  There is also an icemaker for loading up your cooler!  

Then soak up some rays while floating by the sand beach or take one of the kayaks out for a little spin.  There's also a paddleboard, jon boat, floats, and life jackets available for your use.

Well stocked with trophy bass, crappie, catfish, and bluegill, you're sure to enjoy your time casting.  A live bait shop is just up the road from the farm.

We host many guests that are here to visit the Durhamtown ATV Park which is about 10 minutes away.

We have lots of space for you to park your toy haulers and several of our cabins have areas where you can clean your toys up from your big day out!

Lizardsniffer is next to world renowned Reynolds at Lake Oconee and only 45 minutes from Augusta Country Club.  So slip on that green jacket and head on over!

In addition to our own wedding venue, The Pavilion,  Lizardsniffer is conveniently located close to several popular wedding venues in the area include Corry House, Wildflower 301, and Lundy Creek Lodge.
